A global mission and vision.
Earthsip biotecture is a craft that so much correlates with the fact that there is no planet B. A craft concepted to be self-sustainable, environment friendly and a part of the fact that it is beautiful, built with natural materials. Who knows, this might be your new dream home. Read on to find out!
An Earthship embodies a self-sustainable, environmentally friendly, and energy-conserving house that aims to produce energy, water, and food for itself. Sounds like the perfect home, doesn’t it? A paradise, actually. Just imagine the whole greens and plants in your house, turning it into a cozy piece of life.

I am here today in New Mexico, visiting the Earthship Biotecture, to immerse myself in this alternative way of living that embraces sustainability all the way and in every aspect (as far as my knowledge allows me to interpret it).
Driving on one of New Mexico’s endless straight roads, there I saw it, a bright blue colour shimmering in the sun from a near distance. One shimmering light now turned into several vibrant colours.
There are extraordinary-looking buildings, one can’t really tell if it’s a massive anthill or a house. My parents drive closer and that is when we saw it. The big Earthship Biotecture sign. What looked like massive anthills were indeed Earthship houses of extraordinary shape, texture, size and colour.
Incredible to see how a man-made house can be built to resonate so purely with Mother Nature.

The usage of recycled and natural materials to build Earthships craft an alluring and unique style. Each Earthship looks beautiful differently. Though they are no anthills, these houses were built with intelligence and relatively progressive hard work, just like ants build their anthills.
As I go on the guided tour, I witness that not only is an Earthshp a self-sufficient home allowing for no more reliance on water and energy bills as well as producing your own pure and organic food but that it is, in fact, a piece of art and a way of life. A way of life in harmony with nature. In an Earthship, the breeze of wind symbolizes new energy.
A sunny day guarantees the effectiveness of the solar panels and the beauty of your home as the explosive colours of reused glass bottles reflect back onto your earth-toned walls. A rainy day becomes a blessing as your home gathers water for you to drink, to recycle multiple times and to water the food you grow.
With a mission to build withstanding and sustainable homes in areas of possible repeatedly occurring natural disasters and with the aim to open the doors to valuable knowledge, knowing how to help yourself and lending a helping hand to others, Earthship Biotecture strives to contribute to earth.

Earthship Biotecture even offers programs for you to learn how to build an Earthship and all that is involved in the subject as well as to be involved in their force for good.
I don’t know about you, but I’d say an Earthship is pretty amazing.
