I am dedicating a whole upcoming blog series to serving you with all the information and aspects of crafting an extraordinary travel only you will ever be able to experience. Sculpted by the decisions, thoughts, interests, and attitudes you choose to embrace daily.

Not a fan of Australia? Jump into my Africa journal or any other of the three continents.

Are you a city slacker, a backpacker, a cowgirl, an animal lover or interested in luxury? Whatever your style, interest or character, my travels allow me to serve you with it all.

Now it’s time to give back and make it more than just about myself. Make it about us. EARTH. YOU. ME

Why I Travel:

Getting to know the true meaning of a country, learning from life, cultures (also exchanging cultures), people, and circumstances while traveling. That is what I travel for.

When I travel, my purpose is to learn a new way of life and to gain a greater understanding of the planet we live on. To learn about a new culture, a new language (whatever that language might consist of), a new way of life, to find wisdom long lost, knowledge I can implement in my everyday life, just like everything else I learn, and share with the rest of the world to create a greater perspective and experience lived on the planet we live on.

Every now and then, I enjoy an extreme travel on a local basis, with all its beauties and lessons learnt from lack of experience.

I seek to discover the undiscovered, day by day, becoming more of a global citizen and growing from everything earth has to offer us.

A Travelers homeschool journey

Let’s put some perspective and answers to the subject of homeschooling as I take you on my very own travelers homeschool journey ‘How does homeschooling even work?,’ you may ask. ‘Can you even call it school? I mean, it doesn’t really have something to do with traditional schooling, does it?’ you may think. ‘Real-life school is way more valuable than traditional schooling,’ you may claim. What if I told you that homeschooling itself, whether through structured academics or real-life lessons, has been one of my greatest teachers—one that shaped my identity and personality for life? As a homeschool teenager who successfully navigated my way through the IGCSE curriculum, I sincerely wish that this blog brings you value...

A Mediterranean Spring: Unveiling the Magic of Mallorca’s Almond Blossom

When chilly winter days turn to tender spring bliss on this little Mediterranean gem I call home, Mallorca, they blossom back to life. They? The Almond Blossom. With each arising of a new day, from mid-January to early March, what seem like dormant, spartan trees dot Mother Nature’s landscapes with vibrant hues of impeccable whites and soft pink. A symbol of Hope and Renewal. To the sound of Mallorca’s mountain echoes, towns encompassed by nature’s presence fall under the spell of this magical time of the year, and the joy for sun-kissed spring days grows. Sheep wander nature’s traces as they graze on grass, and their bells give way to their presence like a windswept...

Essaouira’s Baraka Women: Guardians of Community and Tradition

When I strolled through salt-water-wettened grounds, immersed in the local scene of Essaouira’s fisher port, a hub of cultural and traditional roots, I was introduced to something captivating and profoundly soulful. Seagulls circle the skies, black clouds puff out of the fisher boats departing for a journey to the depths of the seas, and local women sit on plastic stools and wooden pallets amidst the local fish market. Close to one another, they sat, chatting as the morning passed, finding joy in the face of simply being. It seemed as if they all looked out for one another in a united and supportive manner. In front of them laid fish, fish they sold. Little did I know what my eyes...

On its package written in fine blue is stated the word ‘manner’. Yet what are these vibrant packages?  The simple answer is, wafers. How a Cherished Tradition brings the Dead back to Life

Day of the Dead. Can we bring the dead back to life? My time in New Mexico brought me to a small town called Taos. It was the 2nd of November, an ordinary day for me, yet not for the state. The streets were filled with a confusing cheer of happiness while skeleton heads decorated the streets. Halloween is over, I thought? Clearly, I was missing out on something. The symphonies of traditional music came floating out of a small house’s window closed with wooden shutters...

Reflecting Life – The Maraya, AlUla’s Crystal Gem

The only answer to this beauteous mystery is, Maraya. Amidst Alula’s historic and encompassing beauty I drive with my friends. All I can see are tones of reds from the unwavering mountains of the Ashar Valley, todays picturesque blue sky and an endless paved road. The Ashar valley to my first sight seems like a sanctuary of enriching yet somehow simplistic beauty with luxury glamping tents camouflaged in the far distance of the Valley. Illustrious...

Kruger Gate Hotel – South Africa

A hotel, simply a place to sleep or rather an adventure? Luxury or culture? Innovation or tradition? When you think about a hotel, what do you picture? What do you aspire to experience at the hotel, if at all, and not just to sleep? I ask you, what would you feel like if I told you there is a place just before the eminent Kruger Park in South Africa that is not just a hotel, but an unprecedented adventure of the African life, experienced on a high standard? my art, my message

Helping Out People Everywhere. That is HOPE Outdoor Gallery in Austin, Texas, where I stand today. A place amidst weird Austin, that is all other than weird but rather an encompassing and nurturing place. Nurturing the creative minds of the city. A place and non-profit of expanding artistic minds of all ages, embracing its local artistry for a greater purpose. An outdoor gallery that embodies expression through graffiti art. A place of unison, evolution and unwavering crafting of identity. Its walls whisper words of respect and a decent breeze...

Bahraini's Architectural artistry

Today, I find myself in the midst of Bahrain’s former capital, Muharraq. A fuse of worshipped past and an authentic touch of nostalgia and vintage. Small walkways lead way to houses restored into pure artistry, a guide to the Gulf Islamic architecture. Never have I seen such beauty, such expression embodied in a building. The atmosphere whispers laughter of children from the nearby school, vitality from the plants that overlap from the terraces and cats that roam deep into the alleyways leading the way to the majesty of Muharraq. Where to get started, though, in a maze? The clear way is diminished...

beneath earth's Surface - Great Barrier Reef

Impeccable white beaches, turquoise green Australian seas of transcendent crystals and an unwavering beauty of distinct biodiversity that shelters itself through its daring force. Here I stand on Tropical North Queensland’s enticing beaches. Its beauty is blinding, and my eyes are gifted with the sight of an exuberant sunrise. As I had made my way to this beach I passed by signs of warning. Sharks that inhabit the crystal waters and salties (sea crocodiles) that linger mystically, waiting for their next bait using the sea to move into nearby rivers.

The Edge of the World

An adventure to The edge of the world in Saudi Arabia

February 18, 2023. As 4×4 vehicle sounds of roaring engines vibrate through the grounds of nature, they drive over big pit wholes, crisp, split grounds, and small boulders. As massive, empty waters ways come up at some point, the level of steepness offered only the sight of the ground and, oppositely, the sight of the sky with the last bit of the highest peak in the area. There is no clear way to go, and it is definitely not an adequate place to get lost. In the Islam, there is always a way, they say, and so we most definitely, better said, Mohamed found his...

Moholoholo - Africas Wildlife

We think so often about our own well, yet what is about the well of others, like that of earth’s wildlife? Today I am visiting the Moholoholo rehab center in South Africa, Limpopo Province, Hoedspruit. Moholoholo is a rehabilitation center dedicated to the perpetual journey of raising awareness of the vulnerability of our wildlife, to aid the animals that have been harmed and progressively gift South Africa’s wildlife the life that they deserve. Whether that means giving animals a forever home at their Moholoholo rehab center or releasing recovered animals not only back into their...

My Christmas Message to You

Dear Readers, first of all, I sincerely wish you a beautiful Christmas with your loved ones. What do I mean by ‘beautiful’? Well, I mean Christmas the way it is perfect for you, the traditions that you embody every year, the cookies you bake, the music you sing audaciously with your family and friends and maybe even the hot chocolate or wine you slurp as you laugh over a jaunty Christmas movie. It is that time of year in which glee is fused with the urge to envision and plan the next year. Man, can that be a rollercoaster of emotions: what do I give priority to? How do I want to start my year while not missing out...

The Valley of Palm Trees -KSA

a valley of palm trees amidst the Saudi Arabian desert

February 23, 2023. It´s late at night, and my friends Mohammed, Sameh and I went for a last shop together in Alula. Sameh, funny as always, was the man in charge of the ice for our camping fridge, and Mohammed was unmistakably the leader during our 4-day trip in Saudi Arabia’s wonder, Alula. Now, as we ordered our midnight coffee, I admired the vibrant life around me. Busy streets echoing the word unattached joy. The vibrant nightlife is filled with traditionally dressed men sitting barefoot at a bar table as if they were at home...

The Greatest of All

Kruger Park, the famous Kruger Park, spanning 350km in length and 60km from east to west, the keeper of the big five. The buffalo, leopard, lion, rhino and above all, the greatest of all, the biggest land animal on earth, the elephant. I have spent the whole day roaming the roads of this unmatchable park. Like a master of his craft, I exhausted my eyes to get a glimpse at the 147 species of mammals who stomp and climb, jump and sneak their way through the diverse vegetations, 114 reptile species, 51 different snakes that slither their way through the dry grounds, 49 fish species and a colossal...

Are you up for the ride? – World's biggest Hot air Balloon festival

October 6, 2016. It is 5 am as I stand in a quiet mass of people on an open field in the middle of New Mexico. The nearing winter mornings creep through every single part of my body. The only thing maintaining the feeling in my hands is the hot chocolate I carefully slurp. At this very moment, the steam from my cup was the only thing that rises into the air, yet that was soon to change. The quiet mass that surrounded me were, to be exact several hundred passionate hot airballoon owners and helpers who...

IBTM - A gateway to the world

Thud, thud, thud. My heart beats profoundly as I stand in front of the Gran Via, Fira de Barcelona about to enter the luxurious building. A building that, unrecognizable from the outside, beholds a record-breaking number of exhibitors, countries of the world in it, at this very moment and 15,000+ attendees from the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) industry. I enter the building with a deep sense of pride, my eyes seem to be moving in slow motion and the smile on my face was of pure overwhelment: this is the first time ...
